Waypoint Fellows Program Enrollment Form

Thank you for your interest in the Waypoint Fellows Program. As a Waypoint Fellow, you join a community of like-minded educators who are interested in using rubrics to help create better feedback for students, develop rich data on student achievement, and improve teaching and learning.

Waypoint Fellows enjoy:

• A no-charge, one-year license to Waypoint Outcomes, including access to our Blackboard™ Building Block, PowerLink, or Moodle Module.
• Four hours of web-based support and training, in a small group setting, to utilize Waypoint most effectively.
• A rubric built into Waypoint for you by our skilled Client Services group.
• Membership in an online community of educators using rubrics and teaching in multiple disciplines.
• Optional enrollment in our Authentic Assessment online curriculum, beginning September 15, 2010.
